Our Services
Services | The Bixby Eye Center is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; and 8:00 a.m. – noon, Thursday and Saturday. New patients are always welcome. To schedule an examination, or appointment with our optical department, call 692-0000.
Payment is required at the time of service, however, several payment options are available including all major credit cards. The Bixby Eye Center also accepts many insurance plans including Medicare, VSP, Eyemed, Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO, Methodist HMO, Proctor Preferred Plan, OSF, First Choice Physician & Hospital Network, United Healthcare as well as several others.
